Orders are delivered using the methods below.

Digital Products

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered immediately via a download link in your Shopify confirmation email. A backup delivery email is also sent by BookFunnel to the email address used at checkout.

If you don’t receive your download, please check your spam or promotions folders and confirm the email address used for your order.

Print Books (Print-on-Demand)

Print books are produced and shipped by BookVault.

• Standard print time: 48–72 business hours
• Special editions (including foil, specialty paper, or sprayed edges): up to 14 days
• Orders ship immediately after printing

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• US: 5–7 business days
• UK: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Australia: 7–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand. We do not control shipping carriers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name for physical orders. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
