RETURNS & REFUNDS

Digital Products

All digital products (including ebooks and audiobooks) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or made available for download.

Print Books (Print-on-Demand)

All print books are produced on demand and are non-returnable.

If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@julianalovelace.com with clear photos of the issue*. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Print books should not be returned.

Personalised Items

Personalised or custom items (including signed or custom bookplates) are non-returnable.

If a personalised item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue*. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.


REFUND PROCESSING (IF APPLICABLE)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the issue has been confirmed. Processing times vary by payment provider.

 

*Claims may be declined if the damage appears to have occurred after delivery or is inconsistent with transit or production defects.
